Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order.
- Items must be returned unused and unwashed.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Please use insured shipping and keep the proof of posting.
Return Procedure
- Contact us by email at info@alpha-aura.ch and let us know that you wish to return the item.
- We will send you the return address.
- Pack the product securely and send it back within the 30-day period.
Refund
- Once we have inspected and confirmed the return, we will refund the purchase price within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Signs of use or damage may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
- Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns (except in case of defects).
